Hmmm…Does this call for the General’s overbet shove technique? Maybe. I mean, how many people are going to stay in if we make it 4 or 5 bucks to go? I’d probably want to make it at least 7, which would just about commit all players. So I guess I’d either push all in or make it 7 to go. It would depend on how loose the table was playing.

I call (Pot is $4.15) B calls (Pot is $5) B cannot resist putting in his last $2 b/c he gets to (A) see all five cards and quintuple up, or (B) knock out someone, leaving dead money or (C) get some protection by another re-raiser pushing an amount that he doesn’t have to call, since he’s all in. When it gets back to me, I shove. Last pot kicked off a “Let’s go crazy” tempo, so aim for monster win. Your timing and hand are suited to just that.

What happens if player B calls instead of reraises? Any flop with an A/K is unpleasant and hard to play out of position.

Fascinating idea, but at these stakes, you’re counting on way too much brainpower at the table. It’s just as likely that B calls with his 22 – waiting to see if his set arrives . . . or folds his A5o, deciding that his hand must be dominated. In that case, we’re playing OOP against too many players with undefined hands, and almost any flop is dangerous. We don’t want that to happen. No, no, no.
Bet big. Pick something goofy like 7.77, just so the curiosity callers with pocket 88s decide to take us on. If the table is giddy, we still may end up playing multiway against AT, 98s, etc. But at least we’re charging them properly for the chance to draw out on us.

Raise to 6-7$ and call any jam.
Flat calling is bad since we may have to play QQ in a 4 way pot out of position.
Jamming is also a possibility, but since a raise to 6ish dollars pot commits everyone it doesn’t really matter which you take.

I would click the “Pot” bet button, as only 2 hands are ahead of us. Want to thin the field, rather than set-mine and risk an ‘over’ hitting.
If there is a 4-bet shove, I’d call.

I really like Don’s call idea, but it’s a bit too tricky for me with so much already in the pot. I’m making it $7 and calling any shove obv.

I have to raise here.
Flatting a raised pot 5-way with QQ is essentially saying we’re setmining with a top 1% hand….that’s just crazy.
* We have no reason to believe we’re behind given the p/f lines.
* We expect an over card to come on the flop 50% of the time
* With 4 opponents we should assume both overs exist in someone’s hand – therefore more than 50% of the time, someone will out flop us.
* …and only 2 cards improve our hand.
Raise big now and fold out as many as possible.

Couldn’t put it any better.
There are times and spots when it is a good plan to flat with QQ, but this is not one of those.
