Raise. Don’t want to see the river put a four card straight on the board. If v three bets don’t think I can fold.

Raise – you got the extra bet, now it’s time to fold out the draws.

I’d call here despite the dangerous board.

Vs. a strong player a raise is probably folding-out top pair (unless suited spades), and only hands like K10 and a pair plus spade-draw are calling.

Let them think we are drawing on this board, and induce another lead on the river. Certainly run the chance of letting them hit, but that’s the difficult balance of trying to extract optimum return by shouldering some risk. In this case, I think the vast majority of their range is not strong enough to call a turn-raise by a TAG opponent. Let’s keep in mind that this is 6-handed so ranges are generally much wider.

Many danger cards could hit the river, nevertheless will call.

I call.

We can appear to be drawing and any 4 card to the straight or spade is just as likely to be put in our range by the V.

The question then becomes whether we extract value from a raise here vs. the likelihood he check calls the river.

I think he is more likely to check call than bet/call a raise on the turn.
