RAISE… the guy who raised 875, doesnt believe the guy who raised on the buton,,, i wouldnt too bec of his aggression… if you raise, he will fold, unless he actually has something.. when he folds, you will have position on the remaining, unless he has folded to your raise too. free money to play poker at: pokerstrateg y.ccom/u2YAUB

If we were deeper stacked, your post may be more applicable.
The blind has popped it to 875 and we have 2300 behind, we have no other move than AI so your whole argument about having position is wasted.

I need a little more information on the SB to make a decision.
The limp/4bet AI line is either extremely strong or extremely stupid and it depends on how intelligent my opponents are and how much they respect my game.
I think I probably have pretty solid FE if I do shove here, but do I really want to put my life on the line with what essentially is a bluff vs. a stack that is 4x mine and WONT be calling for their tourney life?
I’ve already misplayed this hand w/ my limp, do i want to misplay it again if i shove and get called and dominated?
Need more info, but i’m 85% folding.

Voted raise – AI. Hero is oop if button calls, so I’d discard that option. Besides the agg may shove over your call, so I’d want to be the first one in. The range of the agg is fairly wide – probably down to A9o. 10s are doing ok against that average. SB bets 875 into 300 – would JJ+ play that way? I’m thinking at best hero is facing AQ there. No images for us or the SB; would be a race if called. I’ll gamble and hope that our shove takes it down.

Correction – agg range to K9o not A9o.

easy fold

We have no fold equity at all vs small blind.

FOLD or all in, those are the only choices that you have. Limp re-raise says big hand. If you get called you are in big trouble and will need a set. You can’t call you don’t have enough chips for the odds, and you will be putting over a third of your chips in pre-flop. It is 50/50 to fold or shove. SB is probably re-stealing here, so the question comes down to is your hand big enough to commit all your chips and your tourny life with, JJ or better it would be easier and KK is a no-brainer.

Make a decision. This post is weak sauce. Does FOLD mean you’re folding? Of course JJ is better and KK is a no-brainer, but what’s your play w/ TT?

i fold my 1 bb invested and wait for a better spot

Agree with Bert.

dont limp TT in EP… you have to expect an iso, so what is your play if no one 3bets? flat OOP? limp/raise and turn your hand into a bluff? If you open raise instead of limping you should know what your plan is if player x 3bets you! it annoys me how often my answer is ‘don’t do what hero did preflop’ or in this case ‘dont open limp TT’ I would say that SBs generic 3bet range with no read, is way more value than air, even against an aggressive player isolating, and if its value you are getting called by better when you opt to shove. Fold and regret limping TT in the first place. If you shove you are turning a decent hand into a total bluff, you are never getting called by worse, and you are only getting called by better.
