Turn: You bet about the pot again and again Player A calls. The river pairs the board:

River: You decide to bet out 1/2 pot and now Player A quickly raises to 20 total. What’s your move here?

The raise from villan doesn’t make any sense and a lot of weaker hands pay you off here. I think you get called when you’re ahead more than you get called by a stronger hand.

i bet he’s sittin on the Ah and a 9. I’d call because it’s the safe play, but depending on how tight and solid A has been I might raise him for the rest of his stack. I’d say 80% of the time you have the best hand here and A is playing back at you on a busted draw or he has KQ or like i would guess a high flush draw with a 9.

easy call. if he has the boat, you let him catch by not betting enough. if he has the higher flush, why dident he reraise you or why bet it now that the board paired. my bet is he has the nine, but there is too many things that could beat you to come over top. this is a tough call but do it to get info about the player.

There is a better-than-even chance that you are winning here, so the correct move would be to re-raise. With so much commited he’s calling anyway, so maximise the pot.
