I check, intending to call if I’m getting the odds. I worry about a raise allin if I bet. I have this fear because I’ve been aggressive so people are likely to fight back. And we’re still in the rebuy period, so the short stacks can just buy more chips.

Agreed. Taking too big a chance he’d be all in once I commit chips. Folks take way too many chances when there’s rebuy involved. They’ve got more money than sense :/
